The resort runs on a 24-hour All Inclusive basis. That covers its restaurants and bars, non-motorized sports and the daily activity programme. The resort has 2 show-cooking buffets, 4 à la carte restaurants and 9 bars. In à la carte restaurants men should wear long pants. Spa treatments, wet-area access, scuba diving, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkelling excursions and airport transfers cost extra.

How far is the beach, and what is there to do nearby?
The beach is about 400-450 metres from the resort, roughly a 5-12 minute walk. It has white sand and lifeguards, and kayaks are available. Snorkelling off the beach can be rough when it is windy. Akumal Bay, known for its green sea turtles, is a 5-10 minute drive, and Tulum is about 30 minutes away.
Can I use the spa and gym during my stay?
The Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness is on site and is open daily, 9am-8pm, with reservations required. Treatments and the hydrotherapy wet areas are at an additional charge, and the spa is for adults only. The gym is inside the spa and is reported to be free to use, open about 6am-9pm.
What else should I know before booking, such as check-in and getting there?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for an extra charge, subject to availability. The minimum check-in age is 18. Cancun airport is about 90 minutes away, and the resort can arrange a transfer for an extra charge. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome.
